Pawdiary is booking and rebooking software for dog groomers. It started as a private booking system for Turner & Pooch, a home salon in St Helens, and grew into a multi-business app that any salon or mobile groomer can sign up to, with a free plan and two paid tiers.

The diary, clients and pet records are the basics. What sets it apart is the rebook list: Pawdiary tracks each pet’s usual groom interval, shows who’s due or overdue and what they’re worth, and suggests which free slot to offer them. Around that sit an online booking page with breed and size pricing, deposits and no-show fees through the groomer’s own Stripe account, automatic reminders, report cards with before-and-after photos, a client portal, two-way texts, campaigns, staff diaries and route planning for mobile groomers.

Built with Vue 3, TypeScript and Supabase. Every table is scoped to a business with Postgres row-level security and covered by pgTAP tests. Payments run on Stripe Connect and Billing, email on Resend, texts on Twilio, and there’s an Android app wrapped with Capacitor.
